This declaration applies to the website available at www.sanilu.ch website. Please note that references to other websites to which different data protection rules may apply are possible.

In the course of the further development of our websites to improve our services, it may be necessary to amend this privacy policy. In this case, we will not inform you separately about the change. The current, published version of the data protection declaration always applies.

  1. Data collected

We collect your data strictly in accordance with the legal requirements in the EU and Switzerland. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, b and f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Art. 13 para. 1 of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2.1 General data collection

Our website collects a range of general data each time it is accessed. This general data and information is stored in the server log files. The following data is recorded:

- Time zone difference to GMT time zone

- Access status/http status code
- Amount of data transferred in each case
- Website from which the request originated
- Browser (incl. language and version)

When using this general data, no assignment to a specific person takes place. The collection of this data is technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to guarantee its stability and security.

2.2 Contact form

Our website contains a contact form that can be used to get in touch with us. The data entered in the contact form will be stored for the purpose of processing or responding to your inquiry. This data is not transmitted to third parties.

Our website uses cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your computer and can be retrieved from there.   1. Google Maps

We use a plug-in of the Google Maps internet service on our website to provide you with a map view of our location. The operator of Google Maps is Google Inc. When you use Google Maps on our website, information about the use of this website (incl. IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and also stored on this server. We have no knowledge of the exact content of the transmitted data, nor of its use by Google. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. If you deactivate Javascript in your browser, you prevent Google Maps from running. However, you will then not be able to use the map display on our website.   1. Web store

If you wish to place an order in our web store, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we require for the processing of your order. Mandatory information required for the processing of contracts is marked separately, other information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Art. 13 para. 1 FADP.
You can voluntarily create a customer account, which allows us to save your data for future purchases. You can request the deletion of all user data stored in your account at any time by sending an email to the email address of the controller specified in section 1. This data will then be archived for the duration of the statutory retention periods, about which we will inform you. Your data will then be permanently deleted.
