Question:
What does delivery on one-way pallets mean?

For large, heavy or assembled items, delivery is made on disposable pallets. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we use disposable pallets for these deliveries.
Disposable pallets are intended for one-time use. They will not be picked up by us and will not be disposed of by us.
Delivery by truck/forwarding company is made to an unloading point. The unloading point must be accessible by truck with trailer (40 tons) or semitrailer (40 tons). Always indicate delivery obstacles (e.g. narrow driveways, limited access), as this may lead to considerable delivery difficulties. Delivery is made to the curb. Sanilu GmbH reserves the right to charge for unsuccessful delivery attempts and redeliveries not caused by it.

Question:
What does curbside delivery with one-way pallets mean?

Unless otherwise agreed, standard delivery is to the curb.
Curbside delivery means that our shipping partner will bring your delivery to the roadside and unload it there. The product you ordered will not be transported to your doorstep or to your intended place of use with this delivery method.
Please note that for curbside delivery, our shipping partner requires a road to be traveled. If you are unclear, please write us a message.

Question:
What does delivery with one-way pallets to the place of use mean?

This service costs extra.
Delivery to the point of use means that a delivery team from our shipping partner or Sanilu's installation team will bring your order to the location of your choice. For example, to your home or garden. The prerequisite for this is that you or another person can assist our chauffeur. If this cannot be feasible, write us a message .
The Sanilu installation team or our shipping partner will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Please note that a road to be traveled is required for delivery to the place of use. In addition, there must be good access to your front door/garden as well as to your desired location. Above all, please also make sure that the product dimensions do not exceed the size of your front door as well as the size of your doors and bottlenecks to the intended place of use.
If you are unclear, please write us a message .

Question:
What happens if I am not home when the delivery is made?

What happens if you are not home when the delivery is made depends on who is making the delivery.

The following applies to deliveries with Planzer / DPD for parcel and bulky goods shipments:

You will receive a collection invitation. You can book a new delivery.

For delivery on one-way pallet:

You will receive a message from our shipping partner that the delivery could not be carried out at the agreed time.
Our shipping partner will arrange a second delivery with you at a charge.

If you have any questions or uncertainties, please feel free to contact Sanilu customer service at any time.
