Question:
Do I have to pay for delivery, and if so, how much?

Yes, delivery costs of CHF 14.95 are charged for all orders under CHF 190. For standard parcels, these are completely waived from CHF 190.

Bulky goods surcharges of CHF 179 may apply for selected bulky agricultural products. These shipping costs are waived from an amount of CHF 1900. For selected overlength freight forwarding goods, overlength surcharges of CHF 279 may apply. These shipping costs are also waived from an amount of CHF 1900.

Sanilu does not charge a surcharge for small quantities.

The shipping costs include the following components:

  • Packing of the goods
  • packaging material
  • Shipping costs (which have increased again from 2025)

For the sake of the environment and to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you, we also use cardboard boxes or disposable pallets that have already been in use.

Question:
What does delivery on disposable pallets mean?

Large, heavy or assembled items are delivered on disposable pallets. In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we use disposable pallets for these deliveries.
Disposable pallets are intended for one-off use. They are not collected by us and are not disposed of by us.
Delivery by truck/forwarding agent takes place at an unloading point. The unloading point must be accessible by truck with trailer (40 tons) or articulated truck (40 tons). Always indicate any obstacles to delivery (e.g. narrow driveways, restricted access), as this may lead to considerable delivery difficulties. Delivery is made to the kerbside. Sanilu GmbH reserves the right to charge for unsuccessful delivery attempts and repeat deliveries not caused by Sanilu GmbH.

Question:
What does delivery with one-way pallets to kerbside mean?

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery to kerbside is standard.
Delivery to kerbside means that our shipping partner brings your delivery to the kerbside and unloads it there. With this type of delivery, the product you have ordered will not be transported to your front door or to your intended place of use.
Please note that for delivery to the kerbside, our shipping partner requires a road that can be driven on. If you have any questions, please send us a message.

Question:
What does delivery with one-way pallets to the place of use mean?

This service costs extra.
Delivery to the place of use means that a delivery team from our shipping partner or the Sanilu installation team will bring your order to your desired location. For example, to your home or garden. The prerequisite for this is that you or another person can assist our driver. If this is not possible, please send us a message.
The Sanilu installation team or our shipping partner will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Please note that delivery to the place of use requires an accessible road. In addition, good access to your front door / garden and to your desired location must be guaranteed. Above all, please ensure that the product dimensions do not exceed the size of your front door and the size of your doors and bottlenecks up to the intended place of use.
If you have any questions, please send us a message.

Question:
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

What happens if you are not at home when the delivery is made depends on who carries out the delivery.

The following applies to deliveries with Planzer / DPD for parcels and bulky goods:

You will receive a collection invitation. You can book a new delivery.

For deliveries on a one-way pallet:

You will receive a message from our shipping partner that the delivery could not be carried out at the agreed time.
Our shipping partner will arrange a chargeable second delivery with you.

If you have any questions or queries, you are welcome to contact Sanilu customer service at any time.
