When motion detection is activated, the camera automatically starts recording and sends a notification to your smartphone.

The integrated AI recognizes thousands of bird species and provides suitable information directly in the app - with a link to Wikipedia if required.

The bird feeder only supports 2.4 GHz WLAN networks. 5 GHz is not supported.

The camera continues to record on the SD card. As soon as the connection is re-established, you can view the saved videos in the app.

Two 64 GB SD cards are included in the scope of delivery - one per camera. Cloud storage is optionally available via the app.

Yes, the Bird Lover app is free and available for both iOS (from version 10.0) and Android (from version 5.0).

Yes, you can share the device via the app - either via family sharing, device notification or by logging in together. Instructions for sharing are included in the help section of the app.

You can either:

hang it up using the suspension cord supplied
set up with the stand (screw thread)
or place it flexibly on a flat surface without accessories.

Please check

whether the solar panel receives sufficient sunlight
whether the solar panel is connected correctly
whether the internal battery is fully discharged - if this is the case, please pre-charge using the USB cable
Note: The panel first stores energy before charging the camera. Indicator light:

- Red = charging

- Green = fully charged and charging the camera

In the event of problems, it often helps to reset the bird feeder camera.
A reset is carried out via the small opening on the camera (reset pin supplied). Please press and hold for at least 5 seconds. We have also prepared a video for you showing the process of resetting the camera.
