The batteries in both devices can last several weeks under normal use, depending on the conditions of use.

Both instructions are available in 4 languages and guide you step by step through the setup and use of the devices. Here you can also download the instructions for the bird feeder and the instructions for the bird nesting box with just one click.

It is recommended that the nesting box is placed in a quiet and sheltered corner of your garden, while the feeding station should be placed in a highly visible location. The instructions contain specific advice on optimal placement to achieve the best result for bird watching.

The bundle includes a nesting box and a feeding house, two 64GB memory cards and two 5m charging cables. You also receive two removable panels for the nesting box to make cleaning easier. If you have chosen the version with solar panels, these are of course also included in the scope of delivery.

Absolutely! If the camera is used sparingly, the battery can usually also be used in the darker seasons thanks to the solar panel. If there is not enough sunlight, you can easily charge the devices even in the dark winter months thanks to the 5m charging cable supplied. You also have the option of using a battery as an energy source to ensure functionality regardless of the weather.

The solar panel has been designed so that the batteries in the solar panel must first be charged and then, when a certain amount of energy is stored, it is released to charge the camera. So that the solar panel works well even without sunlight.

The solar panel has an indicator light:

• Red light: Solar panel batteries are charging.
• Green light: Batteries are fully charged and can supply the camera with power.

If problems occur, it often helps to reset the bird feeder camera. We describe how to do this in the operating instructions. We have also prepared a video for you that shows the process of resetting the camera.

Both products can only be linked to one user account at a time. If you want to link the devices to a new account, you must first reset it to remove the existing link.

However, you can share both devices with other users by adding their accounts to your family group in the app.

It is important that the person you want to share has downloaded the "Bird Lover" app.

There are three ways to share the devices with others:

1. click on the "Share" icon on the home page ( My Home ), This allows you to send the invitation via a link.

2. set up a home in Family Management and then add the member. Again, you can send the invitation via a link.

3. give your account name and password to others, they can log in with the same account.
