Robust complete system made of stainless steel and PVC
The 1.30 m wide PVC strip set consists of a durable stainless steel rail, stainless steel pendulum plates and five pre-assembled slats - ideal for agricultural, commercial and industrial applications.
Pre-assembled slats: Time saving and protection
Each strip panel measures 30 cm in width and 2.20 m in length. Thanks to the prefabricated installation, there is no need for extensive work. With an overlap of 4.1 cm, the curtain provides effective protection against draughts, cold and insects - without impairing the ability to pass through.
Flexible installation - inside or outside
The pendulum installation allows the curtain to be fitted both inside and outside - directly in front of a lintel, for example. The system can be easily adapted to existing door frames, gates or passageways. All necessary mounting elements are included in the scope of delivery, making additional parts superfluous.
Stability and visibility - even in windy conditions
With a total weight of 19.50 kg, the system ensures a stable structure, even in windy environments. The transparent 3 mm thick PVC strips maintain light conditions and visibility, while rounded edges minimize the risk of injury.
Can be used all year round - flexible down to -20 °C
The PVC material remains flexible and operational down to -20 °C - so the curtain can function reliably even in winter conditions. The smooth surface prevents the slats from freezing or sticking together.
Protection & passage in one system
Transparency, protection and safety combined: in heavily frequented areas such as stables, production halls or storage rooms, the curtain allows people, animals or vehicles to pass through freely without giving up its protective function. The strips automatically fall back into their original position after passing through.
Corrosion-resistant materials for a long service life
The stainless steel rail together with the stainless steel pendulum plates offer high corrosion resistance - the system also performs well in damp or chemically contaminated environments. The pre-assembled slats significantly reduce the installation effort.
Adaptable to existing building structures
Both lintel and under lintel installation are possible, allowing the system to react flexibly to different structural conditions. Even less experienced personnel can install the set without special tools or complex conversions.
