Stable Flex 3.2

The Stall Flex 3.2 is a spacious night shelter that combines comfort and user-friendliness. It has two lockable exit hatches that can be conveniently operated from the front. There are two ramps on the outside to make it easier for the chickens to get in and out.

Inside there are two large nesting boxes for six chickens each. The roof and floor are removable, making cleaning quick and easy. Two large, wall-mounted and easily removable perches complete the range. The coop offers space for 24 large, 33 medium-sized or 48 small chickens.

There is a large door at the front with robust black hinges and a practical lock that can be opened with the T-key supplied. The windows allow a view into the coop, while the two outer windows with removable Plexiglas provide additional ventilation. The roof is made of roof panels with a felt underside and has a neat wooden eaves.

Product details:

Depending on the type of wood (heartwood or outer layer), the Douglas fir can show clear differences in color. These differences fade over time due to graying and discoloration.

Flex-Stift with the following properties:

Untreated Douglas fir has an average lifespan of around 15 years. Treatment is not necessary. However, the wood greys over time due to exposure to sunlight.

A Flex building is constructed modularly from standardized prefabricated panels. The designation indicates the number of panels: Flex 3.1 is three panels wide and one panel deep.

The set consists of panels measuring 180 x 85 cm and/or 180 x 120 cm. These must be screwed together. A drill, screws and screwdriver bits are included.

The wooden panels consist of a 68 x 44 mm wooden frame and 18 mm thick boards.

Details:

When the humidity outside is high, it also gets damp in the hutch. To prevent mold growth, the inside of the hutch can be varnished.

Maintenance instructions:

To prevent the Douglas fir from turning gray, we recommend treating the wood with Douglas fir oil. To prevent rust, hinges and locks should be treated regularly with silicone spray. Vaseline or wax can be used for moving parts such as drawers and sliding doors.
