Ideal für:
In recent years, gate rollers have proven to be practical locking options for gates, entrances and overdrives on pastures and stables or runs. A gate roller consists of a gate handle with approx. 5 to 20 m of wide strap or rope, which can be wound and unwound using a special spring mechanism. Most systems on the market have proven to be very fragile. Problems with dirt and corrosion have often meant that the door pulleys only have a short service life.
PATURA has now developed a completely new system that addresses all problem areas in terms of design:
- A high-quality, rust-free, texture-rolled mainspring is used as a spring solution, which is completely encapsulated inside the roller. In contrast to conventional systems on the market, the spring can be readjusted and even completely replaced if necessary after several years.
- To prevent contamination, the roller has been left completely open. Any dirt adhering to the belt does not accumulate in the housing, but simply falls back to the ground. - Only 20 mm wide tape is used as conductor material. This has optimum winding properties with low weight and is highly visible to the horses. The tape is fed cleanly into the roller by a movable nylon guide, even if there is lateral tension. Abrasion on the strap is absolutely minimized.
- In contrast to the simple systems, the frame construction and suspension are made entirely of galvanized steel.
PATURA supplies 2 suspension options:
The rigid suspension is particularly suitable for normal gates in pastures.
For quick installation of flexible gates and partitions on pastures, driveways, walkways and paddocks. The rope or broadband retracts automatically and is stored safely in the roll. Fastening material and gate handle are included in the scope of delivery.
