As a special feature PATURA is the combined processing of stainless steel and copper conductors. Stainless steel conductors are extremely durable, copper conductors are highly conductive. Only this combination allows a broken copper conductor to be energized again directly by a more stable stainless steel conductor. In contrast to conventional stranded wires, long durability and high conductivity are combined in one product.

The most important criteria for evaluating an electric fence tape are its electrical conductivity, mechanical strength and, especially for horses, visibility. Narrow tapes offer the possibility of easy winding with low weight and high flexibility. Wide tapes offer optimum visibility for fixed fences. However, they require correct installation with quality accessories for optimum durability and wind and weather resistance.
