1. equipment of the net
All nets are fitted with welded-in tensioning straps (25 mm x 2000 kg). The number of straps is 2 pieces (2.00 m height), 3 pieces (up to 4.00 m height), 4 pieces (up to 5.00 m height). The lower tensioning strap ends 75 mm above the floor; the width of the floor end lip is 35 cm. There are 2 tension ratchets (50 mm x 5000 kg) on the free side for opening gates up to 3.00 m high and 3 tension ratchets for gates over 3.10 m high.

2. installation and assembly
The curtain system can be adapted to any length. It is not possible to adjust the height at a later date. The curtain system can be installed to open to the right or to the left. Opening to both sides is possible with a second sliding post. The curtain when pushed together takes up approx. 10 % of the total opening (example: with a curtain length of 12 m, the curtain when pushed together takes up 1.20 m, leaving a free passage of 10.80 m).

3. checks at the installation site
Make sure that there are no obstacles in the way (e.g. gutters, drainpipes, posts), as the curtain folds outwards and inwards by approx. 50 cm. Make sure that there is enough space on the side to be opened to attach the 50 mm tension ratchets (at least 36 cm). Make sure that there is enough space on the fixed side to attach the 25 mm ratchets (at least 20 cm).

4 Determine the dimensions

• Measure the width A - clear opening dimension - for widths less than a full meter, take the next full meter; the width of the net can be shortened on site.
• Measure the height B - clear opening dimension - for heights between the full meter specifications, take the next greater height; the exact height must be specified when ordering; the height of the curtain cannot be shortened.
• Required information:
  Running track under the beam - option C
  Running rail in front of the beam - option D
• The running rail must be fixed horizontally.

5. colors
Special net available in green, blue, beige, gray, brown and black at no extra charge

The width of the net must be cut to size on site, while the height must be specified correctly when ordering.
