Assembly service

Opting for a professional installation - from a small standard rabbit hutch to a large bird or chicken aviary - has various advantages for you. Because you don't have to worry about practically anything. From selection to delivery and assembly, everything from a single source.

The following services are included in the assembly service for stables / aviaries (excluding high-quality items):

  • Assembly of the barn
  • Screwing and gluing the individual elements
  • Compacting roof joints
  • Glazing roof battens
  • Lubricate manure tray drawer
  • Quality control
  • Environmentally friendly disposal of packaging material
  • Secure packaging and palletizing ready for dispatch

Shipping is carried out on a one-way pallet on working days (Mon - Fri) by our partner transport company. The delivery time and shipping prices shown may vary.

The following services are included in the assembly service for high-quality articles, play equipment, dog kennels and dog houses as well as PATURA articles:

  • Installation by our technicians at your desired location
  • Screws u.o gluing the elements
  • Explanation of the product
  • Quality control

Delivery is carried out by our technicians on working days (Mon - Fri). The delivery time and shipping prices shown may vary. Appointments are made via Sanilu customer service and the customer.

Additional information

Our installation service includes a one-off installation on site, as specified in the quotation or order. If defects occur within our one-year warranty period, we will send the relevant material to the customer for self-assembly - free of charge.

However, if you wish to make use of the warranty service provided by a Sanilu GmbH technician, the work will be invoiced as follows: We charge an hourly rate of CHF 118 for travel to and from the site and any congestion surcharge plus installation time.

Sample calculation: travel to and from the site costs CHF 472 plus CHF 118 for one hour's work, resulting in a total of CHF 590. In this case, materials are provided free of charge.
