External filter FX6

The Fluval FX external filter is characterized by the performance-optimized patented SMART PUMP™ technology, the complex multi-stage filtration, the integrated high-performance water change system and the arrangement of the basket stack insert for a larger filter material capacity.

The FX6 filter is known for its strength and resilience, filtering an impressive 3500 l/h in aquariums with up to 1500 liters of water. This performance cleans the tank stronger and faster. A greater amount of debris is captured, resulting in less frequent maintenance.

The Fluval FX series has a multifunctional drain valve at the bottom of the filter tank. With this valve, the water can be drained from the filter tank, leakage-free water changes can be carried out and the water can be refilled directly (without changing the structure of the tank and without disturbing the aquarium inhabitants).
