EHEIM Mech filter media for external filters

Mechanical filter media for effective water treatment at various stages: EHEIM MECH, EHEIM MECHpro and EHEIM SYNTH. Mechanical filter materials retain dirt particles and suspended matter. At the beginning of the cleaning process, the pre-filter materials EHEIM MECH and EHEIM MECHpro prove their worth. Before the cleaned water re-enters the aquarium, EHEIM SYNTH filter floss is particularly suitable.
Eheim MECH is a mechanical filter medium for external filters. This pre-filter material consists of ceramic hollow bodies for coarse dirt particles. Immediately after entering the filter circuit, the water is swirled by the ceramic hollow bodies. This causes the coarse dirt particles to sink. The pre-filtered water then passes through further filter layers.
Eheim MECH is easy to clean and reusable. It is suitable for both fresh and salt water.
