EHEIM Mech Pro filter media for external filters

Mechanical filter media for effective water treatment at various stages: EHEIM MECH, EHEIM MECHpro and EHEIM SYNTH. Mechanical filter materials retain dirt particles and suspended matter. At the beginning of the cleaning process, the pre-filter materials EHEIM MECH and EHEIM MECHpro prove their worth. Before the cleaned water re-enters the aquarium, EHEIM SYNTH filter floss is particularly suitable.

Eheim MECHpro is a mechanical filter medium for external filters. This pre-filter material mainly eliminates small dirt particles mechanically and is also suitable for biological treatment. The spiral shape of the pre-filter material ensures that even small dirt particles are retained. The plastic made of high-quality, absolutely water-neutral material enables simple and residue-free cleaning. However, the special surface structure enables colonization with cleaning bacteria and therefore also biological water treatment. Eheim MECHpro is particularly suitable in combination with Eheim bioMECH or Eheim SUBSTRATpro.

Eheim MECHpro is easy to clean and can be used several times. It is suitable for both fresh and salt water.
