It is simply attached to the corner of the tank with suction cups and takes up very little space, giving you plenty of design freedom in your aquarium. The powerful pump and the large suction area ensure a high level of effectiveness and you can adjust the power continuously to determine the water flow rate and surface movement. A diffuser enriches the water with oxygen and the modular design allows you to easily remove the filter container for cleaning. If you want to enlarge the filter, you can extend it with additional modules. The EHEIM aqua is compact and space-saving and is supplied with filter cartridges for mechanical-biological filtration. It is suitable for fresh and salt water and contains a media box for various filter media such as EHEIM AKTIV carbon, SUBSTRATpro and phosphateout.
