EHEIM VAC40 pond sludge extractor

The EHEIM VAC40 sludge extractor has been specially developed for gentle cleaning of the pond bottom. Its performance is adjusted so that it picks up dirt without stirring up the substrate too much. The VAC40 is ideal for removing pond sludge and dead plant matter to prevent rotting at the bottom of the pond and reduce unwanted oxygen depletion. Equipped with a 40 liter tank and a powerful 1300 watt motor, the sludge extractor can reach a maximum suction depth of 2 meters. The 7.5 meter long cable and sturdy handle ensure comfortable handling. The accessory package includes a 4 meter suction hose, a suction pipe with universal suction nozzle, a 2.5 meter drain hose and a filter insert. There is also a paper pleated filter, crevice nozzle, suction brush and floor nozzle with brush insert.
