Milk Express

For the calf rearing of tomorrow: With the new PATURA Milk Express enables the farmer to water up to 30 calves at the same time. Large groups can be supplied with up to 500 liters of milk in a single operation. In addition, the milk can be portioned into individual or group drinkers using a hose system with a nozzle. A pump powered by a tried-and-tested 4-stroke Honda engine ensures optimum mixing of the drinking liquid and cleaning of the trailer.

The advantages at a glance:
- Just one person can water up to 30 calves at the same time. Easy handling significantly reduces labor and costs. Despite large numbers of animals, there is more time for individual animal observation.
- If you want to water fewer calves, you can close the unused drinking buckets with a cover.
- The Milk Express is equipped with a Honda 4-stroke engine with electric starter. Thanks to the extremely high pumping capacity, the milk can be pumped directly from the milk tank into the Milk Express for a full milk feeder. When feeding milk replacer, filling the tank and mixing with milk powder takes around 20 minutes, depending on the diameter of the hose and the water pressure.
- Feeding the calves directly at the trailer or dosing the milk via a milk hose with a nozzle.
- The Milk Express is equipped with high-quality drinking spouts made of natural rubber. As a result, the calf can only take in as much milk as would be possible in nature. Thanks to the high-quality material, the calf sucks more intensively than with conventional teats. This stimulates the flow of saliva and improves the pH value in the animal's stomach, promoting good digestion.
- Manual cleaning of drinking buckets is also no longer necessary, as all calves are watered at the Milk Express at the same time. The cleaning function is very easy to use. The tank, teat and dosing hose are cleaned quickly and automatically.
