The moss ball is decorative and controls the phosphate content at the same time. The adsorption resin also helps to reduce many of the compounds that cause unsightly accumulations of organic matter. By adsorbing phosphate and nitrite into the core of the Fluval Moss Ball, it helps to create ideal conditions for small fish and shrimp. This reduces the amount of maintenance required.
Place the Fluval Moss Ball in the water flow. For maximum effectiveness, you should replace the moss ball every 2 months.
