Tetra Test KH. The Tetra Test KH measures the carbonate hardness of aquarium and pond water accurately and reliably. The carbonate hardness (KH) acts as a pH buffer and prevents sudden drops in the pH value in the water (acidity drop). The KH value influences the health of fish, plants and especially important microorganisms. The ideal KH value for ornamental fish is between 3 and 10° dH. The test offers good long-term stability and a high range. It is suitable for freshwater and saltwater aquariums and ponds. Contents: 10 ml. Caution: Liquid and vapor highly flammable!
