The water comes out of the ground at a temperature of approx. 10° C and fills the drinking container until the balls close the drinking holes. When animals drink, the used water is refilled via a float valve. The energy of the overflowing water keeps it warm when it is cold and cool when it is hot. Thanks to the special ball closure system, fresh, clean and algae-free water is always provided at both -30° C and +30° C without the need for additional energy.
