Nestera chicken coop Large

Nestera chicken coops have been developed in the UK over two decades for the wellbeing and comfort of your flock of chickens. They guarantee easy cleaning and unparalleled durability.

Our coops are available in three sizes, and can accommodate between 2-15 chickens. Each small coop is equipped with a seat and a nesting box. The medium and large models are equipped with two perches and two nesting boxes.

Our elevated coops are 45 cm above the ground to facilitate cleaning and make it easier for you to collect the eggs. The extra space allows your chickens to seek shelter under the chicken coop even in bad weather.

Adjustable ventilation and excellent thermal insulation ensure comfortable temperatures all year round, while the rounded edges of the raised perches ensure a peaceful sleep for your birds.

Easy cleaning

Large rear hatches, roofs and easily removable nesting boxes provide complete access to the interior for quick and easy cleaning. Our No. 1 priority is the health of your chickens, and our coops guarantee improved hygiene by making regular cleaning quick and easy.

Red mite-resistant nestera hutches offer very few places for red mites to hide and multiply. The use of recycled plastic for our chicken coops, instead of wood, makes it easy to clean. Red mite prevention is a big concern for chicken keepers, but our customers often find that they no longer have problems with infestations.

Unbeatable durability

Our stables are made of 9mm thick 100% recycled plastic. Not only does this minimise the environmental impact, but it also provides a lifespan that is far greater than any of our competitors. When it comes to weather protection, our stables are maintenance-free; UV-resistant and the material is weather-resistant for many years - that's why we have a 25-year warranty! Your chickens are protected and will be dry and comfortable in their Nestera coop in all weathers.

The ChickenGuard Premium Eco automatic door opener and extendable runs up to 2 metres also provide a safe outdoor space for your flock of chickens. (Currently only available for the elevated barn).
